Staging moves for listings

REALTOR STAGING

Staging furniture moves twice: into the listing before photos and showings, and out again after the sale. Each piece is padded and wrapped for both trips.

Hourly or a binding quote

COST

Most local commercial moves are billed like any Midtown local move, by the hour with a drive-time truck fee. Businesses that need a fixed number for a budget can ask for a binding quote instead.

  • Hourly

    From $160 an hour for two movers, plus $50 an hour for each extra mover and a truck fee based on drive time. Billed in 15-minute increments with a 3-hour minimum.

  • Binding quote

    A fixed price set after a walkthrough. It is priced higher than the hourly estimate to cover a day that runs long. Large items added after the walkthrough can change it.

Do you take apart and rebuild cubicles?
Yes. Cubicles are taken down at your current office and rebuilt at the new one. Tell us how many workstations you have so the walkthrough can plan crew time for it.
Can you send a certificate of insurance to our building?
Midtown carries cargo, auto and general liability insurance.
Can you move us outside business hours?
Is an office move billed the same way as a home move?

Yes for local moves: an hourly crew plus a drive-time truck fee, with a 3-hour minimum. Binding quotes are available if you need a fixed price.
